The difference could not be bigger! Banking on simple technology NASCAR processes an almost carnival atmosphere where spectacle and crowd applauding moments are all part of the show. A stark contrast to Formula 1, where high-tech and only serious racing with marshalls punishing every incident have come to dominate. I admire Gene Haas for venturing into such a competitive and repressive arena.
